The National Heritage Training Academy South West (NHTA SW) would like to invite you to join us for an afternoon of talks and discussions to introduce you to the opportunities and benefits available for your company in the Built Heritage Sector.

The afternoon will begin with a complimentary lunch and opportunity to meet with other contractors and professionals in the industry.

The topics we will be discussing:-
• The South West Historic Built Environment – care, conservation, specialist skills & materials
• Training & Business Development – a contractor’s point of view
• Heritage Qualifications and Training Opportunities – information on the Heritage Skills NVQ and how to obtain CSCS Heritage Skills Cards for your workforce
• Grants and Employer support – a talk by ConstructionSkills
• Traditional Building Skills Bursary Scheme – opportunities for funded apprentices
• Regional Heritage Skills Initiative - a talk by the NHTA SW

Following the presentations there will be an opportunity to raise any questions with the team and invite them to visit your company for further discussions to help to register for the new Heritage Skills NVQ 3 and CSCS Heritage Skills Card and discuss funding to off-set the costs of training.

We would like to thank the National Heritage Training Group and ConstructionSkills for funding this event and for the support from English Heritage.

If you would like to attend, please contact me, Jane Davis, at NHTA-SW, by phone or email as listed below.
