For Building Type

On this page we will feature examples of buildings in the region which are moving the sustainable construction agenda forward, related to specific building types as per the links below.

Some of the information will be in the form of ‘articles’ about the project or we will provide a link to a relevant ‘case study’ for that building type.

If you have a building which you think would add sustainable value, please email info@buildsw.org.uk  stating which category your building fits into and sending a very brief initial description plus why you believe it has special pioneering worth ( including at least four key reasons).

We cannot feature all buildings suggested but we will consider any suggestions for an article which could assist others proposing to carry out similar building work. You must provide contact details of the person who will field any questions about the specific building. We reserve the right to remove any buildings so that the information can remain fresh and up-to-date.
