The Demonstration Programme
Over the recent months CESW/FF has been working with the Constructing Excellence National Team to revitalise the process of the CE demonstration programme. The result is a simplified, user-friendly version of the old process which maximises dissemination of best practice and offers increased publicity opportunities for participating companies and projects through CESW/FF coordinated activities.
Demonstrations can be projects, programmes, processes or initiatives which are innovating or applying an element of best practice. The new demonstration process is explained in detail in the Demonstration Programme “Guidance Note” which can be downloaded here. The programme operates at 3 different levels of detail:
- Case Studiesdescribing an element of best practice arising out of a Construction project. The purpose of the case study is to provide information to the industry without formal endorsement or the requirement to provide evidence in support
- Demonstration Projectsas described in the Demonstration Programme “Guidance Note”
- Innovation in Practice projects offering a comprehensive description of the project together with the innovation in detail backed up with key data
CESW/FF is pleased to be in the position to offer a series of free demonstration projects. Therefore, suggestions and submissions would be highly welcomed. You can access the demonstration project application form and other relevant documentation below.
