Supply Chain Golf Event 2008
Effective Supply Chain provides Winning Team!
On a gloriously sunny October day, at the event organised by Constructing Excellence Cornwall Club, the Best Supply Chain prize went to Ellerslee Limited who narrowly pipped Rhos Construction who themselves collected the Best Team prize at the event.
The event forms part of the Constructing Excellence promotion of Supply Chain integration. Teams entering with 4 different Industry disciplines were rewarded with bonus points to ‘reflect’ the improvements in performance that can be achieved with successful communication and integration of a Supply Chain in a Construction project.
The event was not-for-profit and raised funds towards the charity Children’s Hospice South West’s Precious Lives Appeal. This was achieved thanks to the support of the events main sponsors Mansell Construction Services Limited and thanks go to them and the other Sponsors of the event for their support, namely Ellerslee Limited, Rhos Construction, TW Construction Limited, Premier Painting & Decorating and Marcus Dunstan.
